1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital, downloadable PDF files. No physical goods will be shipped.

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download the purchased file(s) via:

  • An on‑screen download link at checkout, and/or

  • An email confirmation sent to the address provided during purchase

2. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, non‑sublicensable, revocable license to use the PDF for personal or internal business use only, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, gift, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the file to others
  • Upload the file to public or private sharing platforms (including cloud drives, forums, or social networks)
  • Modify, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works for commercial purposes
  • Use the content for resale, print‑on‑demand, or redistribution in any form
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the content

All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with AiAtrails.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including PDFs, text, images, graphics, icons, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of AiAtrails or its licensors and is protected under Spanish, EU, and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized use may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

4. Pricing and Payment (WooCommerce)

All prices are displayed in euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely via third‑party payment providers integrated with WooCommerce. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Access to digital products is granted only after full payment is received.

We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Policy (EU Digital Content)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download begins.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law:

  • By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content.
  • You acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal once the download or access begins.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted after download, except where required by mandatory law.

If you experience technical problems accessing your purchase, please contact contact@aiatrails.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically only.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • Your email address is entered correctly at checkout
  • Your device and software support PDF file formats

We are not responsible for failed downloads due to incompatible software, blocked emails, or user error.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information when purchasing
  • Keep download links confidential and not share them with third parties
  • Use the products lawfully and in accordance with these Terms

Any misuse may result in suspension of access without refund.

8. Disclaimer

9. Limitation of Liability
